Privacy policy

1. What this policy covers

This site is a single marketing page with an enquiry form on it. There is no account, no login and no checkout here, and this policy covers nothing beyond it. Our self-serve product is a separate service with its own privacy policy; nothing here applies to it.

2. What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we receive what you put in it:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your company or product website
• A monthly budget range, if you choose to pick one — the field is optional
• Your message

Our server also records, with each submission:

• The referring page, where your browser sends one
• Your browser’s preferred language
• The IP address the request came from

If you email us instead of using the form, we receive your message and the address you sent it from. We collect nothing else. We never ask you for Reddit credentials — not here, and not once we are working together.

3. Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a font network, so loading the page does not announce your visit to anyone else. The only thing we store in your browser is one preference key remembering whether you chose the light or dark theme; it stays on your device and is never sent to us.

4. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and work out whether we can take the work on
• To carry on the business conversation that follows
• To keep the form usable — the IP address is what lets us rate-limit submissions and recognise spam

We do not use your details for advertising, we do not build profiles from them, and we do not sell them.

5. Where it is stored, and who can see it

Enquiries are stored in Wildreach’s database and are reachable only through an internal, access-controlled admin tool, by the staff handling incoming enquiries.

6. Service providers

A small number of providers help us run this site:

They process your information only in order to provide those services to us.

7. How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as the business relationship it belongs to may need it, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. If you ask us to delete yours, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email us and we will act on it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
